1 gallery full of artwork, 1 open space, 23 artists from Greece will present their work to an independent Art Festival.

Winter Garden 

An exhibition featuring 35 artworks (drawing, painting, video art) that convey the outlook of 14 young Japanese artists on the world in an era of increasing globalization.

Start: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00-18:00; Thursday: 10:00-20:00; Friday: 10:00-20:00 (July-August: 10:00-18:00 )

Ecophenomena at  TAF

TAF (The Art Foundation) is a creative bar with art exhibitions and cinema/theatre/music events. The exhibition attempts to create a platform of actions and exchange of concerns with the current urban life as a starting point, using as vehicle imagination respect and coexistence.

Greek Dance Festival

The program changes every second Wednesday. There is a group of 75 dancers, musicians and singers. Each program includes popular stories, each one is presented with its own authentic costumes, musical instruments, songs and dances.

Place:Dora Stratou (Greek Dance) Theatre. Address: Philopappou Hill.

Strart: 30 May – 23 Sep 2012, from Wednesday to Friday 21:30 (   Saturday and Sunday – 20:15). Entrance:  15 euro, 10 (students)

Greece at Benaki Museum

More than 40,000 items, illustrating the character of the Greek world through a spectacular historical panorama: from antiquity and the age of Roman domination to the medieval Byzantine period; from the fall of Constantinopole (1453) and the centuries of Frankish and Ottoman occupation to the outbreak of the struggle for independence in 1821.
